Dog's Weight Recommended Portion Size
1 – 5 kg (2 – 15 lbs) ½ – 1¼ cups/day (35 – 115 g)
6 – 10 kg (13 – 22 lbs) 1¼ – 1¾ cups/day (120 – 170 g)
11 – 15 kg (23 – 33 lbs) 1¾ – 2¼ cups per day (175 – 220 g)
16 – 25 kg (34 – 55 lbs) 2¼ – 3 cups per day (225 – 310 g)
26 – 40 kg (56 – 90 lbs) 3¼ – 4¼ cups per day (315 - 435 g)
41 – 50 kg (91 – 110 lbs) 4¼ – 5 cups per day (440 – 495 g)
51 – 60 kg (111 – 130 lbs) 5 – 5½ cups per day (500 – 555 g)
61 – 70 kg (131 – 155 lbs) 5½ – 6¼ cups per day (560 – 625 g)
Feeding your dog:
As each dog is unique, feeding amounts will vary. Use this chart as an initial guide and adjust accordingly to achieve your dog's ideal body weight. Always provide fresh clean water.
Puppies: From 1½ – 3 months old, feed 2 times the recommended adult amount
From 3 – 6 months feed 1½ times the adult amount
From 6 – 11 months feed 1¼ times the adult amount.
Gestation: Increase the recommended adult amount by 25% – 50%.
Lactation: Feed free choice.
